As we have explained you - there was a big technical problem with fiber cable breakup at our hosting company. We did our best to fix the problem and get the websites back to normal functioning. Our Support Team was doing their best to eliminate the consequences of a cable breakup.
Unfortunately we depended on the other company who was supposed to exchange the cable.
